What The Role Is

We are on the lookout for a dynamic, strategic, and proactive individual with high fluid intelligence, eager to make a significant impact at IRAS. This is your chance to drive organizational performance and shape the future of IRAS.

What You Will Be Working On

In this role, you will engage in a variety of exciting and impactful tasks related to Performance and Benchmarking.

On the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) front, you will support IRAS Management and the Board Audit Risk Committee by providing oversight and guidance on managing enterprise risks. You will develop and implement ERM strategies, collaborate closely with stakeholders, and foster a strong risk culture within IRAS. Furthermore, you will represent Singapore internationally on Enterprise Risks for tax administrations.

You will establish and review Key Performance Indicators and utilize digital tools to monitor and analyze performance data. Your meticulous attention to numbers will help identify trends, areas for improvement, and optimization opportunities. Additionally, you will have the chance to represent Singapore in international benchmarking surveys with International Organizations and foreign tax administrations.

Your role will also be crucial in Senior Management Reporting, where you will provide regular reports and presentations to senior management and the Board. Your ability to construct compelling narratives that highlight our organization's successes, challenges, areas for improvement, risks, and mitigants will be key in driving informed decision-making.

Moreover, you will coordinate IRAS Sustainability and Social Responsibility Partnership with business divisions, ensuring we uphold our commitment to these important areas. You will also enhance our digital workplace by identifying and leveraging digital tools, analytics platforms, and technology solutions.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with a tertiary qualification in any discipline, preferably with experience in strategic planning, performance management, or enterprise risk. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data are essential. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required to articulate complex concepts clearly and facilitate effective collaboration. Proficiency in digital tools and technology solutions is a plus.
