Job Description
- Proactively initiate business development activities to expand existing client base by identifying prospective corporate occupier clients
- Act as the primary representative for clients and provide strategic real estate leasing transaction advisory service
- Conduct thorough qualitative and quantitative market analysis to identify potential properties, trends, and competitive dynamics that may impact clients real estate strategy
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key clients
- Attend client and industry events to interact with clients and gain market knowledge
- Assist in compiling and implementing the division's strategic plan and marketing strategy
- Lead lease negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with clients objectives
- Work closely with landlords and all stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions and resolve any potential issues
- Monitor and maintain stock and client database
- Assist in mentoring and managing junior office service representatives while fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Real Estate, Business Administration or a related field preferred)
- At least 5 years real estate and leasing experience in commercial / industrial leasing
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- In-depth knowledge of commercial products and lease structures.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with proven track-record in working with multi-national corporations
