  • Proactively initiate business development activities to expand existing client base by identifying prospective corporate occupier clients
  • Act as the primary representative for clients and provide strategic real estate leasing transaction advisory service
  • Conduct thorough qualitative and quantitative market analysis to identify potential properties, trends, and competitive dynamics that may impact clients real estate strategy
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key clients
  • Attend client and industry events to interact with clients and gain market knowledge
  • Assist in compiling and implementing the division's strategic plan and marketing strategy
  • Lead lease negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with clients objectives
  • Work closely with landlords and all stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions and resolve any potential issues
  • Monitor and maintain stock and client database
  • Assist in mentoring and managing junior office service representatives while fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Real Estate, Business Administration or a related field preferred)
  • At least 5 years real estate and leasing experience in commercial / industrial leasing
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial products and lease structures.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with proven track-record in working with multi-national corporations
