Key Responsibilities

- Ensure availability, performance, security, and scalability of IT systems
- Manage IT projects, upgrades, and system implementations

- Collaborate with business and technology teams to support operations

Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience in IT systems, infrastructure, or operations management
- Strong knowledge of networks, servers, cloud platforms, and security
- Experience leading teams and managing complex IT environments
- Familiarity with ITIL, incident management, and change management
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
