Job Description

Position Overview

To expand our reach and impact, we are seeking a self-driven and proactive individual to join us as an integral member of our dynamic team. You will work in a collaborative environment that values openness, initiative, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily operation of HR and administrative function
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programmes aligned with organisational goals.
  • Assist the Director in corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage HR documentation and ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and regulations.
  • Oversee office administrative and procurement matters.
  • Assist in the execution and coordination of HR-related projects and initiatives.
  • Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role, preferably with corporate governance or compliance experiences.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
