Purpose and Scope

Detail-oriented finance professional with hands-on experience supporting financial planning, reporting, and day-to-day

finance operations across regional markets. Strong capability in managing finance processes, ensuring data accuracy, and

delivering timely reporting outputs.

A reliable and mature team player with a structured working style, able to operate effectively in fast-paced environments.

Experienced in working closely with business and Group functions to support finance operations, compliance, and

reporting requirements.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with regional business teams across Southeast Asia and Australia to deliver annual budgeting,
  • monthly financial reporting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of submissions
  • Prepare and coordinate quarterly financial reporting deliverables, including collation of accounting papers for internal clearance and submission to Group and external auditors, provide hands-on support to resolveaccounting and finance queries from regional finance teams where required.
  • Support tax reporting and compliance activities, including data preparation and coordination on transfer pricing matters with Group Tax and regional teams.
  • Manage treasury and cash management activities, including monitoring cash positions, coordinating banking matters, and ensuring sufficient funding for business needs.
  • (ad hoc) Provide hands-on support for finance due diligence in M&A transactions, including preparation of financial information and review of supporting data.
  • (ad hoc) Support post-acquisition finance processes or business expansion and new market setup, including acquisition accounting (e.g. purchase price allocation) and integration of finance processes and reporting.
  • Maintain and enhance finance processes, controls, and documentation, ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Demonstrate strong ownership in ensuring accurate, complete, and timely deliverables, with proactive follow-up on outstanding items.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary Education in Finance and/or Accountancy (CPA or CA preferred) with at least 7 years of working experience in Accounting/Finance/FP&A and Big4.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S4 HANA and/or Tagetik is preferred.
  • Proficient in managing data uploads, validation, and reconciliation processes within finance systems and across regional teams's submissions, ensure consistency of financial data.
  • Willing to travel on request.
  • Strong team player with proactive follow up to ensure timely and accurate deliverables met.
  • Meticulous coupled with a strong sense of accuracy.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of deliverables .
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
  • Effective and collaborative communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Business-oriented, steady and mature approach in handling work and stakeholder interactions
