Responsibilities:-
. Manage and review financial dashboard from time to time, based on business needs.
. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
. Review and analyse financial reports to provide insights for management attention.
. Analyse and prepare budget forecast.
. Facilitate the formalisation of various budgets submissions (OOE, Project-based, etc.).
. Monitor and report utilisation of approved budget across PACE.
. Forecast cashflow requirements and ensure sufficient cashflow for PACE AP needs.
. Manage and monitor AR including (and not limited to): Course grant, subsidy, company and individual fee collection
. Manage and monitor AP including (and not limited to): Fixed and operating expenditure, and Project milestone payment
. Ensure accurate and timely closure of accounts and courses.
. Manage the schedule of financial and grant audits.
. Lead and facilitate fulfilment of the audit process and requirements.
. Manage and lead the PACE Finance team.
. Improve and streamline all financial processes/dashboard/reports (where applicable).
. Work closely with colleagues across SP for escalated matters pertaining to PACE finance.
[What we are looking for]
Requirements:-
. At least 8 years relevant working experience in financial operations and/or management accounting (with at least 3 years in supervisory role).
. Strong capacity to learn and adapt.
. Analytical and sound judgment to lead resolution of issues.
. Positive attitude towards challenging situations.
. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
. Applicants with experience in Public Sector Organisations or training institutions will be considered favourably.
Successful candidate will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance.
