Job Description
Reporting directly to the Team Lead (Biz Ops), this position will be responsible for providing facilities maintenance and logistical support in NUS Business School, including effective and predictive building maintenance coordination work, fire and work safety, logistical support, renovation project planning and management, etc.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Qualifications and Experience
Education: Degree of Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil & Structural, Facilities Management or equivalent.
Experience: At least 5 years of relevant practical experience in facilities management with minor A&A/Cyclical/Facilities Renewal project management of building projects (preferably institutional and residential buildings). Relevant experience in the maintenance of M&E services will be an added advantage.
Skills: Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities, excellent written and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with familiarity in MS Project preferred. A hands-on and proactive approach is essential, and having a Certified Fire Safety Manager qualification would be an advantage.
Strengths: Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented, with good communication skills and a strong service-oriented mindset.
Physical Requirements: Able to walk across campus sites, set up rooms and furniture, and shift movable items into position for use.
Availability: This is an on-site role that may occasionally require early mornings, evenings, or weekend work during peak periods.
