[What the role is]
You will be part of a team planning for and setting up the Career Longevity Centre (CLC) at its initial stage, and eventually to be deployed to the CLC when it is launched in mid-2027 (tentative) under the Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA). The CLC will be the first tripartite-led centre in Singapore that focuses on extending the career longevity of Singaporeans, in line with promoting a wider Career Health culture. The CLC will promote dedicated initiatives to help mature and senior workers plan and prepare for their later stage careers early, and equip employers with resources and capability development to redesign jobs and workplace practices to support career longevity of their workforce. In the longer term, the CLC will drive thought leadership and research to amplify career longevity on a national level. You will have the opportunity to engage individuals and employers to understand their needs to implement career longevity. You will need to work collaboratively with other SWDA departments, MOM, tripartite partners, industry players and solution or technology providers to co-develop initiatives and resources.[What you will be working on]
You will support the Executive Director (ED) and Assistant Director (AD) of the CLC.
Planning and Operations
. Establish the setup of CLC, including setting up a Tripartite Advisory Panel
. Develop CLC overall mission, vision and strategic plan, corresponding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and priority focus areas
. Identify individual and employer archetypes, and their corresponding needs to serve prioritised archetypes
. Implement data collection mechanisms to generate insights and trends, and work with partners on research
. Track and monitor corporate KPIs and programmes deliverables
Partnership Management and Engagement
. Drive adoption and innovation of CLC programmes and initiatives
. Ensure programmes delivery and performance, in conjunction with internal and external partners and stakeholders
. Foster and engage strategic partners to establish trusted and sustained collaborations, and as advocates on the ground
. Manage programmes grants to partners

. Ability to manage funds/grants, or with relevant experience
. Prior experience in a similar area of work will be an advantage
Successful candidates will be offered a contract in the first instance and may be considered for an extension or be placed on a permanent tenure.
