Manager / Senior Manager (Career & Talent Development)
In This Role, You Will
- Develop, implement, and review Career & Talent Development frameworks, policies, and processes
- Communicate the rationale and objectives of these frameworks and initiatives to stakeholders, securing buy-in across all levels
- Design and implement targeted initiatives to upskill staff and address current and future organisational needs
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of Career and Talent Development programs
- Recommend, monitor, and review the annual training budget
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 5-10 years of relevant experience in Career Development and/or Talent Development
- IHRP certification is preferred
- Proven experience in policy design and framework implementation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to organise information clearly and concisely. Ability to confidently present ideas to stakeholders, including senior management
- Strong analytical skills to identify, analyse, and solve problems
- A genuine passion for engaging and developing individuals
