Description:
As a Manager / Senior Manager - Audit and Process Improvement you will be part of a compliance and process team that keeps BDH operating rigorously and in compliance with our policies and the law.

Your passion for doing things the right way while eliminating waste allows you to create processes that prevent and detect mistakes without being onerous to users.

You are a people oriented leader who can bring stakeholders together to get input on a process and mobilize commitment to implement. You take a data oriented approach to continuously measure, analyse and improve processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, document and continuously improve BDH standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ISO certification documents
  • Risk assess processes to target and priorities mitigations
  • Design and execute controls based audits to prepare BDH for external audits
  • Execute corrective action / preventive actions (CAPA) to address process failures
  • Monitor KPIs and other indicators to highlight improvement opportunities

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years experience in Engineering, Business Administration or related field
  • Detailed and process oriented
  • Change management and/or process implementation experience
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • MS Office proficiency

Desired:

  • Experience with ISO certification (especially 27001 info security, 38505 data governance, 9001 quality) strongly desired.
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) a plus
  • Audit, Internal audit experience a plus
  • Bioinformatics and/or healthcare related development experience desirable
