What The Role Is
You will be part of the MOH Corporate Human Resource (CHR) Career Development & Talent Strategy Partner (CDTSP) team and play a meaningful role in building MOH's employer brand and strengthening career development opportunities for our officers. This includes managing MOH's digital presence, developing internal communications plan arising from Employee Engagement Survey (EES) findings, generating publicity and managing the implementation of the career development programmes and initiatives for MOH officers. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of communications, branding and human resource development, with direct impact on how MOH attracts, engages and retains talent.
You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.
What You Will Be Working On
1. Employer Branding and Digital Communications
- Manage and grow MOH's LinkedIn presence by developing engaging content that showcases the organisation's culture, value and career opportunities.
- Plan and implement a strategic communications timeline, working with various stakeholders to feature MOH's events, develop employee stories, feature career journeys, as part of employer branding.
- Support the development of publicity materials and other content assets as part of the broader employer branding initiatives and campaigns.
- Track, analyse and report on engagement metrics and key performance indicators to assess effectiveness
- Present insights and recommendations on branding strategy to the team and management
2. Internal Communications and Support Career Development Initiatives - Develop and implement internal communications initiatives to raise awareness of MOH's career development resources and opportunities.
- Support internal communications arising from Employee Engagement Survey findings.
- Support the administration of the 360 appraisal exercise for middle managers
What We Are Looking For
- Education in Communications, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Design or Media will be preferred
- Strong writing, communications and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in corporate communications, employer branding, employee engagement or digital marketing will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn analytics, Canva or other design tools will be an advantage.
