Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead frontend MRO engagements by understanding client technical and commercial requirements, coordinating with classification societies, engaging vendors and subcontractors, and developing comprehensive technical and commercial proposals for offshore and marine projects.
• Define and plan endtoend execution strategies, including vendor sourcing, engineering outsourcing (local and overseas), resource planning, and coordination across disciplines to ensure compliant, costeffective, and timely project delivery.
• Any other assigned duties and responsibilities when tasked by Section Manager.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marine, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 8 years in offshore & marine industry
• Strong knowledge of offshore systems, engineering processes, and classification requirements
• Experience in tendering, cost estimation, and proposal development
• Ability to plan end-to-end execution (vendors, resources, timelines)
