About the Role

We're looking for a high-energy, driven, and inspiring Sales Development Manager to lead our growing team of Corporate Sales Development Representatives based in Singapore. In this role, you will play a critical part in building and scaling top-of-funnel pipelines across key corporate segments, driving outbound strategy, and ensuring tight collaboration between sales and marketing. You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring SDRs to reach their full potential, optimizing team performance through data and best practices, and creating a culture of accountability, learning, and growth.

This is a hybrid-remote role. The team is in Singapore and in the office 3 days per week.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, coach and mentor a team of Corporate Sales Development Reps to increased levels of productivity

  • Coaching reps on strategies and techniques for prospecting into Whitespace and unlocking their sales talent

  • Upleveling the collaboration with marketing to drive substantially more business

  • Build the optimal territory coverage plan with Regional Directors and Managers

  • Leverage Channel Account Mangers to drive incremental business with our partners

  • Be a resource to team and help SDRs master identifying SecOps, DevOps, IT-Ops and Cyber Security pain points / industry trends.

  • Stay well educated and informed as to Crowdstrike addressable market and how to position the value of our solutions

  • Hire top-notch sales talent and dedicate your time to developing them

What You'll Need:

  • Experience as a SDR Leader or sales manager a highly successful manager of a frontline sales/SDR team

  • Experience driving business results, including 1 year of closing experience for a hi-tech company across Southeast and North Asia region is preferred

  • Experience with Salesforce reporting and BI tools like Tableau

  • Proven ability to hire, develop and promote top sales talent

  • Fast learner, motivated, driven, passionate

  • Project Management experience and the ability to proactively identify new business opportunities, build a plan to capitalize on it and execute

  • An engaging communication style with the ability to inspire, coach and develop your team

  • Cyber Security industry experience will be a bonus.
