About the Role
Our client, a global professional services firm, is seeking an experienced HR professional to support its APAC business. This is a regional role covering Singapore, Australia, and wider Asia, with responsibility across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Rewards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, stakeholder management, and offer delivery
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and manage agency partnerships
- Support performance management, employee relations, and internal mobility
- Provide HR guidance to managers and act as a key employee contact
- Oversee payroll, benefits, and vendor management
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and support annual salary and bonus reviews
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders on regional people initiatives
Requirements
- 6–7+ years HR experience across recruitment, talent management, and rewards
- Strong knowledge of Singapore and Australian employment practices
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders
- Degree-qualified with relevant HR certification (e.g. CIPD, SHRM)
- Strong communication and analytical skills
Desirable
- Experience in professional services or consulting
- Knowledge of wider APAC markets
- HRIS experience (e.g. Workday)
- Additional language skills (Mandarin/Cantonese)
