Job Description

Responsibilities:

Support in formulating and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy, as well as to optimise the tenancy mix of the mall

Perform market research and analysis to identify, prospect and secure new market segments

Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract the right tenants to the property

Negotiate leases and attend to tenancy-related matters

Plan, establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships

Responsible for the productivity and budgetary performance of the leasing department

Responsible for all aspects of lease management

Any other duties as assigned
