Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and implementing the mall's leasing strategy and tenant mix to ensure high occupancy and maximize rental income.
  • Cold call prospective tenants, handle leasing enquiries and actively source for suitable concepts and brands for the retail properties under the Company's portfolio
  • Negotiating new leases and renewals, preparing Letter of Offers and Lease Agreements, and monitoring lease expiries.
  • Working with the admin executive to manage and administer lease documentation
  • Liaise with property management, engineering and other departments on tenancy-related matters
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with tenants
  • Maintain database, conduct competitive market research including site visits and prepare monthly reports
  • Prepare annual budget forecasts, monthly reports, and managing rental arrears, including monitoring and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments from time to time

Key requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Property Management or Business Administration
  • 7 to 10 years of relevant working experience in retail industry
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
  • Independent, resourceful, proactive, team player, problem solver, meticulous and have attention to details
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
