We are currently seeking a talented Manager, Residential Sales (SE Asia) to be part of our dynamic team. The position covers 4 countries of interest including Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia and Thailand. The incumbent will support the Head of Residential Sales to handle the day-to-day operations for existing projects, and to support strategic direction for future projects across SEA.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities will include

• Support the Head of Residential Sales SEA with the implementation of sales strategies created by the team.
• Manage support staff on completing responsible tasks around market research, data analytics and presentations.

Feasibility Studies:

• To assist Head of Sales in feasibility studies, develop optimal schemes and assess development potential of potential sites across SEA.
• To coordinate with various external and internal parties to develop and refine development schemes across SEA.

Design Stage:

• To assist Head of Sales to review the development scheme, layout design and specifications analysing potential unit mixes and product positioning for sites of interest.

Sales Preparation:

• To coordinate sales preparation for new launches (brochures, price lists, transaction documents, sales materials, scripts, and Q&As)
• To assist in developing sales plans, pricing, and batching strategies; work with Marketing team on collateral

Sales Launch:

• To handle logistics and manpower planning relating to sales launch and to attend sales offices / showflats / roadshows or other promotional programmes and campaigns.
• To train up frontline sales with adequate product knowledge and professional customer services.
• To ensure contractual documents and side letters (if any) are duly explained to purchasers and duly executed.
• To establish and implement international agency strategies to best support local sales teams.

Post-sales Services:

• To coordinate post-sales handover with CRM/Project teams and manage purchaser enquiries and follow-up services.

Other Matters:

• To prepare annual budget and quarterly updates with detailed sales programme and cashflows
• To closely monitor market activities, conduct market research and analysis to best equip our teams to provide valuable insight into price determination and product selection in each of the respective markets.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 10 years working experience within Real Estate
• 5+ years in Residential Sales (across SEA) – strong grasp of Legal & Market Requirements for Sales of Condominiums across the 4 markets would be advantageous.
• Degree in a property-related field would be preferred, but Sales & Marketing is also welcome.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnames, Thai or Mandarin is an advantage.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel across Southeast Asia is required – potential travel schedule can be up to 2-3 business trips per quarter.
• Strong PC skills on MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is also advantageous.
