Manager (Renovation & Interior Fit-Out Operations)

Job Description

DING FENG RENO is seeking a responsible and experienced Manager to oversee renovation and interior fit-out projects in Singapore. The role involves managing daily operations, supervising project execution, coordinating contractors, and ensuring timely and quality completion of works.

The successful candidate will play a key role in project planning, cost control, and client coordination while maintaining operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

. Manage renovation and interior fit-out projects from planning to completion
. Supervise site operations, subcontractors, and suppliers
. Coordinate project schedules and ensure timely delivery
. Monitor project budgets and control costs
. Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide progress updates
. Ensure compliance with workplace safety and local regulations
. Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues
. Prepare reports and documentation for management review

Requirements

. Diploma or Degree in Construction, Building, Interior Design, or related discipline
. At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in renovation, construction, or interior fit-out management
. Strong project coordination and communication skills
. Ability to manage multiple projects independently
. Knowledge of Singapore building practices and safety standards
. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
