Manager, Relationship Management (Global Incorporation)

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Manager, Relationship Management, Global Incorporations based in our Vistra, Singapore office.

Key responsibilities:

• Be the main point of contact, handle queries, and provide timely updates.
• Manage the incorporation and setup of offshore companies (BVI, Cayman, Seychelles, Samoa).
• Ensure client information is accurate and complies with regulatory standards.
• Assist clients with annual filings and other administrative tasks.
• Conduct cold calls and upsell additional services to clients as appropriate.
• Direct clients to the right team or department based on their needs.
• Work with the compliance team to review client documents and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key requirements:

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in the Corporate Secretarial field.
• Experience in corporate services and knowledge of offshore jurisdictions is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience.
• Ability to perform basic cold calling and upselling.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements.
