As a Manager in the Regulation Division, you will beinstrumental in upholding the standards of Singapore's private education andcontinuing education training ecosystem. Your role will ensure that TrainingProviders (TPs) and Private Education Institutions (PEIs) adhere to theregulatory requirements set forth by SkillsFuture Singapore Agency (SSG).
This position is critical in maintaining the institutionalquality of TPs/PEIs, reflecting our commitment to consumer protection andfostering a knowledgeable and skilled workforce.
What you will be working on
Regulatory and Compliance
- Ensure that amendment applications from registered TPs are in accordance to the stipulated SSG requirements and processed withing the stipulated time frame
- Ensure that amendment applications from registered PEIs are in accordance with the Private Education Act 2009 and its subsidiary legislations and processed within the stipulated time frame
- Assist in checks on TPs and PEIs to ensure compliance with the Private Education Act and Regulations and SSG terms and conditions for TPs
- Assist to investigate complaints and reports of non-compliance
Policy Review and Projects
- Assist in division projects or reviewing operational policies.
Data Analysis
- Assist with generation of data and/or data analysis for reporting purposes

- Possess the required competencies to execute the job duties proficiently
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in regulation, compliance, investigations, or operations
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- A meticulous attention to detail
- The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
