YOUR ROLE
To lead the regional supply chain team to achieve excellence in operational execution in the regional outsourced assembly & test suppliers (OSAT), that supports organizational mission to provide best-in class external backend packaging solutions for internal and end customers.
- Responsible for on-time supply chain manufacturing execution via daily monitoring of loading releases and output of products via reference to company quarterly targets.
- Responsible for provision and driving of recovery solutions by reallocation and coordination of resources with close collaboration via communication with all stakeholders
- Responsible for formulation of customized solutions to drive recovery of any potential deterioration in key production metrices/KPIs.
- Responsible for driving key subcontractors as manufacturing partners towards continuous improvement of service and operational excellence by providing recommendations via best practices or specifications.
- Coordinate OSAT QBR (Quarterly Biz Review) for continuous improvement and focus areas
Your Skills & Experiences
- Min bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or a similar role in semiconductor industry
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
