Manage and supervise electrical installation projects from start to completion
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
Plan project schedules, manpower, and material requirements
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company procedures
Conduct site inspections and quality checks
Manage electrical technicians, supervisors, and subcontractors
Prepare progress reports, cost estimates, and documentation
Identify and resolve technical and operational issues
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Proven experience in electrical installation or construction management
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and installation standards
Leadership and team management skills
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
Good communication and organizational skills
