Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Establish Quality Management System (QMS) to manage and deliver works and services to meet the safety, quality and performance of the service standard
- Lead and supervise a team of Executives
- Performance of internal audits and record checking to ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation standards and contract requirement
- Manage the Document Control system
- Review processes and ensuring subcontractors comply and complete their work according with contract requirements
- Conduct assessments and review on sub-contractors Performance
- Identify areas for improvement in audit and/or assessment processes
- Prepare monthly report on the quality of works and services performed by team and subcontractors
- Other project or duties as assigned.
Qualification, Skills and Experience
- Diploma/degree in engineering, facilities or estates management or equivalent with relevant training in Quality Management System (QMS), ISO requirements and its application
- Quality Management Systems Auditor/Lead Auditor training course in ISO or other equivalent certification
- Experience in IFM related field or auditing field is preferred
- Able to work independently
- Proficient in MS Office
- Possess skillsets in audit management, data collection and analysis, quality and internal controls
