Our client is a Property Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Manager, Property & Facilities Management to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the property and facilities operations team to achieve performance KPIs.
Oversee property operations and facilities management for assigned REIT and MCST strata areas.
Manage M&E systems, fire safety compliance, and statutory requirements.
Lead and support special projects including feasibility studies, reconfiguration works, and asset enhancement initiatives.
Oversee upgrading and replacement works for building M&E systems.
Manage outsourced service providers (security, cleaning, facilities contractors) to ensure service quality and cost efficiency.
Prepare and manage operational budgets and capital expenditure forecasts.
Ensure effective planning and execution of preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance programmes.
Act as first responder during emergencies and ensure timely issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with house rules, operational standards, and regulatory requirements.
