Providing the necessary services on behalf of clients and Coordination of construction of all elements which consists of Attraction, Dining restaurant, Retail shops and other ancillary services. Addition & Alteration to existing structure strengthening.
Coordination with various trades ad Contractor, subcontractors as well as liaise with varies Consultant, Universal, show and ride vendor.
To ensure the project is completed within the time frame, budget and quality control. Budget/ cost management. Weekly progress reporting to the client.
Preparation of detailed construction schedule based on the master plan prepared by the master planner.
To provide guidance to Contractor for the construction of civil, structural, Architecture, and Theme Facade works in accordance with Project specification and drawings.
Job Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering Project or equivalent.
Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in theme parks, overseeing and managing Vendor performance, including technical completeness of designs, deliverables, and installation to industry standards.
Familiar with industry standards and codes and able to develop, review.
Good knowledge of workplace safety and health practices in Singapore.
Must be able to engage with on-site Contractors and Vendors in Construction site environment.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, contractors, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Clear and concise communication/people and management skills.
