Job Description

What The Role Is

Set in the Bay East Garden, the Founders Memorial aims to honour the legacy of our founding generation of leaders and inspires the future. It will be a landmark with an integrated gallery and gardens experience. In this role, you will be part of the team to facilitate stakeholder engagement and project coordination activities, with expertise in smart technology integration, in support of the Memorial's vision and goals. You will be working closely with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors in your areas of work.

What You Will Be Working On

Project Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Manage project coordination across multiple parties and collaborative partners
  • Facilitate cross-functional planning and decision-making by internal project teams and partners
  • Support engagement of stakeholders and agencies
  • Support project documentation, progress tracking, reporting systems, and milestone reviews
  • Assist with contract administration, budget monitoring, and procurement coordination
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including meeting arrangements and follow-ups

Smart Technology Integration for Infrastructure Operations:

  • Review and support the implementation of smart building technologies to achieve infrastructure operational excellence, including but not limited to energy-efficient operations, reliable maintenance systems, and optimised museum operations
  • Conduct research on new smart systems and strategies for the built museum environment
  • Keep abreast of building industry practices and prevailing authority requirements

What We Are Looking For

  • Background in project management, engineering, or related field
  • Preferably a minimum of 5 years of project management experience in construction, infrastructure, and/or technology projects; public sector experience
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and present information clearly
  • Familiarity with smart building technologies, energy management systems, and IoT infrastructure
  • Professional certifications (PMP, PE, QP, etc.) would be advantageous
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and interpersonal skills with the proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
