  • This position is forInstitute of Innovation & Entrepreneurship (IIE).
  • Marketing Specialist
    • Responsible for end-to-end creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional channels.
    • Responsible for end-to-end creation and execution of all marketing collaterals, including Print, Digital, Paid and Organic materials.
    • Leverage copywriting skills to create compelling content for articles, social captions, and various marketing materials.
  • Brand Management & Collaboration
    • Elevate brand identity of IIE programmes, ensuring alignment with current market trends and audience preferences.
    • Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing Communications and Programme teams to maintain brand consistency and stay updated on new products and features.
    • Collaborate with student leaders to guide and support marketing efforts.
    • Nurture leads and maintain communication and partnerships with the existing database, including students, faculties, and external partners.
  • Digital Marketing & Social Media Strategies
    • Develop and execute digital marketing and social media strategies to enhance online presence.
    • Deliver the value proposition of IIE programmes through various digital marketing channels.
    • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
    • Establish processes for seamless online presence and engagement across various digital platforms, including web, social media and mobile.
    • Manage IIE's online presence, including website content, SEO, and social media platforms.
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant tools and metrics.
    • Analyze customer behaviours, interest and demographics using network data to tailor marketing efforts more effectively.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing Communications or related fields.
  • 3to 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end marketing, including strategy development, campaign execution, and data analytics.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Expertise in managing social networks and community engagement.
  • Excellent project and budget management as well as organizational skills.
  • Effective communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, team-focused and with a strong desire to be successful.
  • A keen sense of ownership and accountability and act with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines.
  • Humble, authentic, value hard work, creative problem solver and outcome-driven.
  • Up to date with industry and social media trends in the innovation and entrepreneurship eco-system.
