Strategic Leadership
Define and execute marketing strategies that align with overall organizational goals and longterm growth priorities.
Brand & Narrative Stewardship
Guide the development and evolution of brand positioning and messaging to ensure clarity, consistency, and relevance across markets.
Initiative Planning & Execution
Lead the planning and delivery of gotomarket initiatives and programs, ensuring alignment with internal priorities and external needs.
CrossFunctional Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams to incorporate market insights and customer perspectives into broader business and planning decisions.
Integrated Marketing Direction
Oversee the development and coordination of marketing activities to ensure cohesive execution across touch points.
External Engagement Management
Manage relationships with external service providers and collaborators to support effective execution of marketing efforts.
Performance & Resource Ownership
Own budgets, timelines, and performance tracking, driving accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
People Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop team members, fostering a highperformance culture focused on collaboration and results.

Qualifications

Experience or passion in gaming a big plus.
Experience in developing and overseeing execution of marketing plans.
Experience with consumer electronics sales channels: retail, direct, online and distribution.
Able to write marketing copy and provide design direction on creative including digital marketing, web merchandising, print ads, video, graphics, etc.
Can work independently, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills including ability to successfully interact with executive management.
Preferred experience in working in a global company with multiple stake holders across different countries and time zones.
