Manager, Product Management

We're seeking a seasoned Product Director or Assistant Director with strong expertise in enterprise managed services, ideally from a service provider background. This leadership role involves driving innovation and growth by launching new services, enhancing product strategies, and managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of new managed services and growth strategies.
• Mentor and build a high-performing product management team.
• Design end-to-end solutions, including platforms and vertical market offerings.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships to deliver differentiated services.
• Oversee full product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategies.
• Drive product profitability, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and improve product delivery processes and performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, engineering, and operations teams.
• Develop business cases, market analyses, and pricing models.
• Ensure alignment with company goals and revenue targets.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years experience in managed services (network, security, mobility, IoT, cloud).
• Proven success in product lifecycle management and GTM strategies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and execute independently.
