Job Description



Responsibilities

  • Procurement of services as well as management of services and projects from inception, execution and to completion.
  • Coordinate requirements with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Review requirements and work specifications.
  • Carry out budget estimation and seek budget.
  • Perform procurement of goods and services required.
  • Implement works in accordance to budget and schedule.
  • Ensure works comply with regulatory and project requirements.
  • Oversee works till successful completion.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Requirements
  • Degree in Building Services, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Prior experience with project management, contract management
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications e.g. MS Words, Excel & Powerpoint, M365, Autodesk Viewer and data visualisation tools e.g. Tableau
  • Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills will be an advantage.
  • Good team player, able to work independently to meet targets in a fast pace and dynamic environment.
  • Effective time management is essential, proactive in getting things done in a timely manner.
