  • Provide administrative and operational support for procurement transformation initiatives, including post Ariba adoption.
  • Manage stakeholder communications, ensuring timely and accurate handling of inquiries and requests.
  • Coordinate meetings, including logistics, invitations, preparation of minutes, and follow up actions.
  • Deliver analytical support through data analysis, reports, and dashboards to support procurement decision making.
  • Review and administer user access controls (e.g. Ariba licences etc).
  • Leverage procurement knowledge to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Provide support for supplier onboarding activities to facilitate smooth integration and ensure compliance with organisational standards
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, with at least 7 years of work experience.
  • Basic requirements
    • Experience in procurement operations.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent team working skills with a flexible can-do approach, self-motivation, resilience and a willingness to adapt to the changing needs and priorities.
    • Exceptional communication (both written and spoken), time management and interpersonal skills.
    • Support supplier onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration and compliance with organisational requirements.
    • Collaborative mindset and ability to work across diverse teams.
    • Proactive, results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
    • Hands-on experience with procurement platforms, such as SAP and Ariba, including familiarity with Source-to-Contract (S2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP) processes.
  • Preferred, but not mandatory, requirements:
    • Experience in process improvement or change management.
    • Able to work independently.
    • Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
    • Ability to communicate and document ideas in a way that is accessible and aligned with leadership expectations.
    • Knowledge of, or experience in the use of AI toolsand concepts is an advantage.
