Job Description

  1. Business Operations ManagementOversee daily operations of the company to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
  2. Sales and Business DevelopmentIdentify new business opportunities and develop relationships with customers, suppliers, and distributors.Achieve sales targets and increase market share.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients and suppliers.
  3. Procurement and Supply Chain ManagementSource and evaluate suppliers for food and beverage products.Manage purchasing activities and ensure timely delivery of goods.Monitor product quality, costs, and supplier performance.
  4. Financial ManagementPrepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and operational expenses.Review sales performance, profitability, and financial reports.Ensure proper invoicing, payment collection, and cost control measures.
  5. Regulatory ComplianceEnsure compliance with relevant food safety regulations, import/export requirements, and government regulations.Maintain necessary licenses, permits, and certifications.Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
  6. Team LeadershipSupervise, train, and evaluate employees.Allocate work responsibilities and monitor staff performance.Promote a positive and productive work environment.
  7. Customer Service ManagementHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.Maintain strong customer relationships and service standards.Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  8. Strategic PlanningAssist in developing business strategies and growth plans.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.Recommend improvements to enhance business performance and profitability.
  9. ReportingPrepare management reports on sales, inventory, operations, and business performance.Present findings and recommendations to company directors or senior management.

General Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of managerial experience in F&B trading, distribution, wholesale, or related industries.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, inventory management, and business operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and business management software.
