Responsibilities
- Lead and direct a consultancy team throughout all phases of waste treatment plant design and construction projects. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and engage with various stakeholders, including government authorities. Oversee project scope, including feasibility studies, preliminary and detailed design, procurement advice, construction supervision, and commissioning management. Manage overall project progress and budget, ensuring adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs). Maintain effective communication with the management board, providing regular updates on project performance.
Requirements
- Professional Engineer or Chartered Engineer status, registered in the relevant country of practice. Approximately 20 years of experience in large infrastructure projects, specifically in water treatment or water infrastructure. Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the last 7 years is advantageous. Strong project and program management abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills.
