Manager- Platform & Payments Engineering

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multi-country payments and trade finance transformation programs across APAC, ensuring alignment with global strategy and regional regulatory requirements.

Own full program lifecycle including scope, budgeting ($20M), timelines, risk management, and dependencies across complex, multi-geography environments.

Drive core banking and real-time payments platform implementations (ISO 20022, RTP/FAST), ensuring high availability, scalability, and seamless cross-border integration.

Manage and lead cross-functional teams across Technology, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, Compliance, and Business, including global vendors and offshore/onshore delivery models.

Establish governance frameworks, executive reporting, and escalation processes to ensure delivery transparency, operational efficiency, and stakeholder alignment.

Oversee production stability through incident management (MiM), ensuring rapid triage, resolution, and continuous improvement for mission-critical systems.

Drive strategic initiatives including cloud transformation, infrastructure modernization, AI-driven automation, cost optimization, and regulatory compliance across enterprise platforms.
