Review existing engagement strategies and develop plans to enhance the engagement strategies.
Engage stakeholders in the community to drive collaboration to tap on each other assets and platforms to support the seniors needs.
Review and develop care pathways and determine follow up actions post engagement, so that SGAs and DLs can triage the needs of the seniors and follow up with the partners
Lead and develop new engagement modalities such as tele engagement and digital engagement.
Develop partnerships with different stakeholders to advance SGO's knowledge in tele and digital engagement.
Develop and review engagement questionnaires that are suitable for tele and digital engagements, and to develop and plan for the care pathways and follow up actions.
Review existing policies develop new strategies to recruit, retain and recognize SGAs.
Develop new pipelines to recruit more SGAs and develop initiatives to embed the SGAs within the existing curriculum or the working hours.
Job Requirements
Minimum 8 years of working experience, of which at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
Strong project management, planning, coordination and facilitation skills
Good in writing, presentations, data and numbers
Curious, agile and willing to push the boundaries
Able to work with ambiguity and multiple perspectives
Possess good critical thinking and decision-making skills
Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with ambiguity ad multiple perspectives
