Overview

This role sits within Personal Financial Services, focusing on delivering banking and investment solutions that help customers better manage and grow their finances. The position involves understanding customer needs, providing advisory services, and promoting responsible saving and investment practices.

You will work across multiple channels, including the Bank's branch network, tele-consulting, and referrals, to drive sales and build long-term customer relationships.
Combine financial advisory, sales, and relationship management, with an emphasis on compliance and delivering customer-focused banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customers financial needs and provide timely advice and recommendations
• Promote and cross-sell consumer banking and investment products, including insurance, structured deposits, and unit trusts
• Build and deepen relationships with both new and existing customers
• Ensure proper advisory procedures and maintain accurate documentation in line with the Bank's internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Leverage the Bank's branch network, tele-consulting, and referrals to meet and exceed individual sales targets

Requirements

• A recognised degree or diploma in a relevant field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with resourcefulness
• Drive and initiative to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to accommodate extended working hours
