Description

This role leads social media and experiential marketing initiatives, using digital platforms and interactive campaigns to build communities, celebrate creative work, and deliver meaningful brand experiences for clients across multiple industries.

You will be responsible not only for managing campaigns end-to-end, working closely with clients and partners, and translating ideas into measurable results.

Roles and Responsibilities

Digital & Social Media Strategy

  • Lead overall social media and digital marketing strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube for both internal brands and client accounts.
  • Oversee content planning, calendars, and campaign rollouts to ensure alignment with brand positioning, objectives, and timelines.
  • Guide copywriting and storytelling across written, visual, and video formats, ensuring consistent tone of voice and quality.

Project & Campaign Management

  • Own marketing projects from concept to execution - including digital campaigns, PR activations, and on-ground experiential events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, content creators, and partners to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
  • Manage timelines, scopes, and resources to keep projects on track and within agreed objectives.

Analytics, Insights & Reporting

  • Analyse performance data across social and digital platforms translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare campaign performance reports for internal stakeholders and clients, measuring effectiveness against KPIs.
  • Continuously optimise content and campaign approaches based on performance trends and audience behaviour.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Build and manage relationships with content creators, community partners, and collaborators.
  • Work closely with clients to understand business needs, propose solutions, and maintain strong working relationships.

Trend & Market Awareness

  • Stay up to date with social media trends, platform developments, and content lifecycles.
  • Identify opportunities to adapt current trends meaningfully for brands and campaigns without compromising brand integrity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media management, or integrated campaigns prior experience in an agency or fast-paced environment is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience managing campaigns, stakeholders, and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution skills.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with data, analytics, and performance reporting.
