Providing parameters support for domestic & international Trade Finance related processes
- Perform client static data maintenance on day to day basis, ensure work accomplishment in strict compliance with Regulatory, Bank's policies, guidelines and control.
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery in accordance with Service Level Agreement.
- May require to support other countries overseas branches during Singapore holiday.
- Monitor the all requests on client static data maintenance and reconcile periodically throughout the day. Additionally, track some of the other daily reports and perform reconciliation as needed.
- Assist with other administrative, risk and control related activities as assigned.
- Contribute to various process improvements and other projects as allocated.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate, preferably in Degree in Banking & Finance/ Information Systems / Computer Science/ Business Management or other applicable fields
- Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience for Senior Officer, and at least 3 years for Manager positions
- Good interpersonal skills, clear and concise in communications
- Self-starter, goal-oriented, ability to multi-task and a team player
- Enjoys working in a fast and dynamic environment
