Managing LSD (Logistics Solution Division) to provide followings
Lead the Logistics Committee Activities to maximize synergies in the APAC region. (Promote/Expand logistics platform menu in each APAC country as regional logistics HQ.) Centralized Negotiation Warehouse Consolidation/Consultation Freight Payment / Audit Common Logistics IT Cargo Consolidation Container Round-use Cargo Insurance Claim Horizontal Logistics Improvement Expansion etc.
Reduce Logistics cost and contribute to NSC Logistics BP achievement (Summarize logistics cost KPI report by NSC monthly & monitor/report the results.)
Enhance NSC logistics Platform Standardization by lead/manage logistics improvement projects.
Improve and establish EC/D2C logistics platform in APAC Region
Make Mid Term Plan and Business Plan for LSD.
Team management & HR development of LSD members
Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate.
Proficient in Japanese in order to liaise with related party, required to have at least JLPT N1 level as the role required to communicate with Japan HQ and translation of Japanese documents to English vice versa (Business level)
Able to take initiative and work under minimal supervision in a fast-paces environment.
