The Mission

As a Paid Social Manager, you will sit at the heart of how millions of travelers discover their next experience. You will own the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid social campaigns across major social platforms, partnering closely with growth, analytics, and data science to turn insight into action.

This role blends hands-on media buying with high-velocity experimentation. You will shape how we test creatives, evolve media buying strategies, and measure what truly drives incremental growth, ensuring our investments compound impact in the channels our customers live on today.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns, including testing media buying approaches, bidding strategies, and targeting structures.
  • Develop and run structured creative testing frameworks across formats, hooks, and messages.
  • Make data-backed decisions across media buying, audience, and creative strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and interpret incrementality experiments, including conversion lift studies and holdout tests.
  • Optimise across both user acquisition (UA) and user re-engagement (UR) objectives.
  • Build and maintain lightweight automation or data pulls using SQL and APIs to support reporting and operational efficiency.

The Must-Haves

  • 4+ years of experience in paid social or performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns on major paid social platforms.
  • Proven track record optimising toward performance KPIs such as ROAS or CPA.
  • Experience running creative tests and using results to drive iteration.
  • Familiarity with incrementality testing and conversion lift studies.
  • Solid understanding of pixels, conversion events, and platform attribution.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data.

The Ideal Candidate (Hard Skills & Tech Stack)

  • Familiar with performance marketing and hands-on paid social media buying.
  • Understands core campaign structures, bidding strategies, and optimisation levers across major paid social platforms.
  • Brings solid media planning fundamentals, including selecting audiences and approaches based on objectives and role across the user funnel.
  • Familiar with incrementality testing concepts, including conversion lift studies or platform lift tests.
  • Strong understanding of how tracking, pixels, and event schemas translate into reliable measurement.
  • Working knowledge of SQL or comfort using basic queries, and familiarity with APIs or automation tools is a plus.

Existing deep proficiency in key ads platforms like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok (Pangle/Spark Ads) &/or other social channels like Snapchat, Reddit, LINE, Kakao is a plus.
