Job Description

Job Role Summary:

The Manager, Organisation Development plays a key role in advancing the One NTUC Health concept and driving a person-centred care culture across the organisation. The role partners leaders and teams to translate strategy into culture, behaviours, and ways of working that strengthen integration, collaboration, and care outcomes across NTUC Health.

One NTUC Health & Culture Building

  • Lead and support change initiatives that embed One NTUC Health across teams, services, and settings to ensure clarity, engagement, and adoption
  • Partner leaders to build capability in leading change and improving adoption
  • Drive the development and reinforcement of a person-centred care culture into OD initiatives that shape behaviours, systems, and ways of working
  • Design interventions that strengthen collaboration, integration, and shared identity across NTUC Health

Employee Engagement & Insights

  • Gather and analyse data from engagement activities (e.g. surveys, focus groups, listening sessions) to inform culture-building efforts
  • Translate feedback into practical interventions that improve employee and care experience
  • Support initiatives that foster just culture and psychological safety across teams

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Work closely with leaders and HR partners to deliver people and organisation solutions.
  • Facilitate alignment across stakeholders to support organisational priorities
  • Flex across independent delivery and collaborative teamwork, adapting approach based on initiative needs and stakeholders involved

You should have:

  • Degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
  • 5 years experience in OD, HR, change management, or organisation development roles
  • Experience translating strategy into practical behavioural and operational change
  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams

It would be great if you have:

  • Certification or exposure in change management, facilitation, design thinking, and/or organisational development methodologies
  • Experience in healthcare or social care, or service-based organisations
