Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant restaurant management experience
• Must be able to speak Hindi to communicate effectively with staff and customers
• Willing and able to work shift hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in staff scheduling, inventory control, and daily restaurant operations
• Ability to handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Good communication and organizational skills
