About the role
We're looking for a Manager, Operations, People Team to handle and support the streamlining and automation of our HR operations. Currently, operational and administrative work is handled by our People Partners- you'll help to consolidate, streamline, and support the automation of this work.
This is a 1-year fixed-term contract role with the option to extend for another year. By the end of your contract, routine HR operations should work with minimal manual intervention. This role is ideal for someone who wants to be involved in a tangible transformation project with clear before/ after outcomes and wants hands-on automation experience in a tech environment that enables rapid experimentation and improvement.
