Job Description

  1. To lead a team of workers on the daily operations
  2. To ensure daily operations are run smoothly
  3. To submit daily reports to director
  4. To delegate jobs to individual during morning briefing
  5. To plan rooster for the team on their work shift and off days
  6. To plan training for the new worker/s
  7. To prepare weekly to order list
  8. To ensure quality of the products
  9. To ensure products are ready in time for the driver/s
  10. Other manager duties
