Manager of Strategy and Partnership

A Singapore-based, mission-driven organisation working closely with public sector and government stakeholders is looking for a Manager of Strategy and Partnership.

This role supports organisational and business strategy development while contributing to execution across partnerships, planning, and stakeholder engagement.

You will work closely with senior leadership on cross-cutting strategic initiatives, governance-related matters, and external collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of organisational and business strategies, including research, analysis, and strategic planning

• Develop and maintain financial projections (cash flow, budget, revenue scenarios) to support decision-making

• Track, consolidate, and report key strategy and performance data

• Support partnership and stakeholder engagement, including landscape scanning and preparation of pitch or engagement materials

• Prepare strategy papers, reports, and presentation materials for senior stakeholders

• Provide coordination and secretariat support for board- or advisory-level meetings

• Support senior management on cross-functional strategic initiatives

Experience & Profile

• 5+ years of experience in the public sector, public policy, or closely related environments. The project for Developing Countries.

• Exposure to strategy, planning, organisational development, or transformation work

• Strong analytical skills, including experience with financial modelling or projections

• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment

• Motivated by purpose-driven, impact-focused work
