We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Artificial Intelligence Manager to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions across construction operations, project management, safety, procurement, and corporate functions.
You will bridge business and technology, translating operational challenges into scalable AI solutions that improve productivity, cost control, safety, and decision-making.
- Develop and drive the AI solutions including implementation in line with organizational objectives.
- Identify high-impact AI use cases that boost efficiency, automate processes, and unlock business value.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into core workflows, driving sustainable improvements that benefit the organisation in the long term
- Write, review, and validate scripts (Python) to support data processing, AI models, and automation pipelines.
- Build and maintain the company's AI knowledge library, including best practice guides, reusable frameworks, documentation, standards, and templates.
- Oversee the development and deployment of AI models, frameworks, and solutions.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and platforms for potential adoption.
Requirement
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- Fluent in Python scripting.
- Strong understanding of AI applications, machine learning concepts, and data analytics.
- Familiarity with digital delivery platforms and AI-driven analytics tools is beneficial
- Strong ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, encourage adoption of new technologies, and foster continuous learning.
