Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop BCO and NVO Regional Key Accounts (RKA) that have the potential to upgrade to a Global Key Account (GKA) status after one year
- Educate the internal stakeholders on the global business of the development accounts
- Oversee the global Game Plan and tender process of GKAs accounts
- Ensure successful customer implementation of the GKA BCO accounts upon nomination
- Support the GKAS team in customer facing activities, primarily hosting RKA/Local Key Accounts (LKA) at Global HQ (GHQ)
- Increase the level of customer relationship between the RKA/LKA accounts, resulting in new business won
- Drive efficiencies in the processes within internal teams
- Take on ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in relevant discipline
- 5 years of experience in container liner business
- Having shown proven success in sales & business development and works well with a team environment
- Experience in managing multiple work streams in project management
- Experience in the frontlines for sales and customer management preferred
- Communication & negotiation skills with stakeholders
- Good leadership, collaboration and communication skills
- Good knowledge and experience in Business, SalesForce is helpful
- Good command of spoken and written English
