Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational strategy and performance management for the business unit
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance clinic efficiency and profitability
• Collaborate with both internal and external key stakeholders
• Drive implementation of digital transformation initiatives
• Identify, evaluate, and pilot digital health tools and workflow enhancements
• Define and monitor transformation KPIs, reporting outcomes to senior leadership
• Successful execution of digital transformation initiatives
• Other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent
• At least 8 years of experience, with proven track record in similar projects and capacity
