Job Summary
You will manage and execute civil engineering projects as a Resident Technical Officer/Resident Engineer, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and company staff to ensure timely project completion and prepare tender documents for submission.
Responsibilities

- Prepare comprehensive tender documents to support successful bid submissions
- Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines
- Manage and execute project work to meet quality standards and deadlines
- Serve as Resident Technical Officer/Resident Engineer, overseeing on-site technical operations and resolving issues promptly
Required competencies and certifications
