Key Responsibilities:
1.Drive CMP process performance (yield, defect, stability) and ensure robust control strategy
2.Lead NPI and technology transfer execution with on-time delivery and risk mitigation
3.Partner cross-functionally (PI, Equipment, Yield, MFG) to resolve integration issues
4.Champion quality mindset, SOP compliance, and excursion prevention
5.Develop team capability and build strong technical bench strength

Requirements:
1.≥10 years CMP experience with demonstrated leadership
2.Strong background in process control, yield improvement, and NPI
3.Proven track record in driving cross-functional programs
